    At Ella Dora, each handbag and tote bag is thoughtfully crafted and carefully inspected before dispatch. We encourage you to review the policy below to understand our approach to returns and exchanges.

    Return Eligibility

    We accept returns or exchanges only in the rare event that:

    • The product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect

    Requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery.

    To be eligible, the item must:

    • Be unused and in its original condition

    • Include original packaging, tags, and any accompanying materials

    Items showing signs of use, wear, or alteration will not be accepted.

    Non-Returnable Items

    For hygiene and quality assurance reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

    • Products damaged due to misuse or mishandling

    • Normal wear and tear

    • Orders placed during sale or promotional periods (unless received damaged)

    Exchange Process

    If your request meets the eligibility criteria, we will offer:

    • A replacement of the same product (subject to availability), or

    • An exchange of equal value

    Exchange requests are processed only after the returned item has been received and inspected by our team.

    Return Process

    To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us within 7 Days of delivery with:

    • Your order number

    • Clear photos or videos of the product and packaging

    Shipping for Returns

    • Customers are responsible for securely packaging and shipping the product back to us, unless otherwise stated.

    • Ella Dora is not responsible for items damaged or lost during return transit.

    Refunds

    • Once the returned product is received and approved, refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7–10 business days.

    • Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.

    Shipping charges are non-refundable.

    International Orders

    Currently, Ella Dora does not support international returns or exchanges.

    Policy Rights

    Ella Dora reserves the right to approve or decline any return or exchange request at its sole discretion, in accordance with this policy.
